Delivery, Returns & Refunds
Charges & Options
- We endeavour to dispatch all orders received by 2pm the same day, Monday to Friday.
- In most cases delivery times are between 3-5 working day of dispatch ( U.K.), or 5-10 (international).
- We cannot guarantee delivery within our usual timescales to a small number of remote rural areas.
- On rare occasions, some items may be delivered outside the published timed windows.
- If our couriers cannot deliver to you after three attempts, they will return your order to us. We will deduct any return delivery charge from any refund you may be due and you will have to pay an additional delivery charge to have the goods sent our again.
- We will attempt to consolidate deliveries into as few as possible if items are not available or due to stock shortage. In any event we will contact you to inform you of any changes or information which may affect delivery of your goods.
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase but should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully resaleable condition. Returns must be made within seven working days and in original, undamaged packaging.
If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 100% of the original selling price from the refund amount dependant on return condition.
